Concrete crack repair

Do you have a concrete structure? Have you noticed any cracks or shifting? Experiencing water ingress? You're in need of concrete crack repair. Conworx® Concrete Solutions Ltd. has multiple methods of concrete crack repair for all your needs. Our team of experts will happily determine the best method of concrete crack repair for you. Send us a photo and a brief description and we'll be happy to provide a free consultation and estimate over the phone.

Leaks through concrete are generally going to be through cracks, joints, and honeycomb (areas in poured concrete of mainly course aggregate with voids in between). Depending on water volume and pressure, and the size of the joint or crack, you are going to encounter weeping leaks, steady leaks, and gushing leaks.

With Conworx Groups vast knowledge of concrete structures, we've seamlessly been able transition that knowledge of how things are built to how to properly fix it.

Why should you repair cracked concrete? Repairing cracked concrete is very important to maintaining the longevity and safety of your structure. Concrete starts decaying immediately after it cures. Even brand new construction can require leak seal follow up work. Older concrete structures are even more susceptible.

Polyurethane injection also helps with rebar protection. Corroding rebar rust can expand 6-10 times. This creates internal pressure on the concrete. Although concrete is very strong, it has a low tensile strength. Therefore the expanding rebar will cause the concrete to crack. With the high pressure polyurethane injection, we can slow down the rebar corrosion process.

Thinking of Replacing Your Exterior Waterproof Membrane?

Leaking concrete structures can be permanently repaired with concrete crack injection & curtain wall procedures using water-activated polyurethane foam. Pressure injection of these liquid polyurethane resins forces the material into leaking cracks or behind leaking walls depending on the application. After the polyurethane injection is complete, the polyurethane resin rapidly reacts with water to form a watertight seal. This has proven to be a cost saving alternative to digging up your existing exterior and replacing your waterproof membrane.

From hairline concrete cracks to gushing leaks, virtually any defect can be sealed with polyurethane resins, optimized for leak seal applications.
